The staff at Best Western were extremely helpful and nice, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. the hotel itself was clean and quiet, perfect for a relaxing stay. the breakfast provided was delicious and a great way to start the day. It was also a great place for families, with a quiet and peaceful environment away from the busy downtown area. I also appreciated the easy parking options on the street, with the possibility to pay for a garage if needed. There were shops conveniently located nearby, making it easy to grab any necessities. the family room I stayed in was spacious, well-lit, and had a kitchenette, making it a comfortable and convenient choice. the walls were soundproof, ensuring a peaceful sleep. The location was also great, with two tram stops nearby, providing easy access to the downtown area in just 10-15 minutes. Cons: Almost perfect! 😉.

I chose this hotel for attending a networking event and I was pleased with the event facilities provided. The 861 square feet of event space was well-equipped and suitable for my needs.
I did miss having a business center or a dedicated workspace in the hotel, which would have been helpful for my work-related tasks.

Triple room had a separate room with a double bed, which was nice. Helpful and friendly staff. Fresh choices at breakfast and parking garage.
No bathtub in our triple room, the bathroom was quite small compared to the size of our room. Parking is a bit challenging in their garage with tight spaces on ramps.

Hotel staff was great, and the room was clean and comfortable. Hotel was about 12 minutes from the city center on the #12 Tram. Would definitely stay here again. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who didn't want to stay right in the city center.

Everything about the Hotel was excellent. From the moment we walked in and our welcome at the reception where they were very efficient ,helpful and cheerful we knew we had chosen wisely. The location is quiet and only a short tram stop from the centre of Dresden ,which is a beautiful city. Our rooms were spacious, well presented, very clean and equipped to a high standard. You could not want more. We will certainly recommend the hotel to all our friends and hope to return to spend more time in this fascinating city. The tram and bus network are fantastic also.

I chose this hotel for attending a colloquium as it offers event facilities of a good size. The facilities were suitable for my needs and the staff was helpful and accommodating throughout my stay.
The one service that I missed for my work was a business center with printing and copying facilities. It would have been convenient to have these services available on-site.

We travelled with our two kids, ages 2 and 4, as well as our friends with kids 7, 5, and 2. We loved the location of the hotel. It sits directly between two stroller-friendly stops on the #12 tram that go into the Altstadt in about 15 minutes. Family tickets for the tram are available at the front desk, and you can charge them to your room. The hotel has a very nice spielzimmer (playroom) on the 1st floor that our kids loved. Around the back of the hotel in the courtyard is a playground that was also really great. Our room was huge and exceptionally comfortable, especially by European standards. If you're an American travelling abroad, this will be much closer to what you're used to that some other European hotels. All of the staff spoke wonderful English and were very helpful. There is a Lidl one block away with a bakery where we purchased our breakfast each day and saved tons of money over the hotel's breakfast. Very convenient! Parking was available for free on the street if you can find a spot, and the hotel has a garage for a daily fee.
The breakfast at the hotel is standard European-style, but it was a definitely overpriced (especially considering how close the Lidl is).
